The Clean Ohio Conservation Fund
Established in 2000 by the voters of Ohio, the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund provides funding for the protection of open space and sensitive ecosystems through a process that occurs at the local level. Mahoning and Trumbull Counties comprise District 6 and since the start of the Fund over 3,000 acres of land has been preserved in its natural state in our district. We are proud of the quality of the projects that have been approved at the local level, and look forward to the opportunity to preserve more open space in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties in upcoming rounds.
