In Round One of the Conservation Fund Austintown Township acquired 30 acres of land located adjacent to the current Austintown Township Park. This acquisition brings the total acreage of the park to 180 acres. The diverse habitat of this project includes woodlands, fields, riparian corridors, and a stream side forest. This site also acts as a connecting corridor of open space for wildlife traveling between the Meander Reservoir and Austintown Township Park.
