Trumbull County Metroparks - Mahoning River Flood Plain Preservation
In Round 3 Trumbull County MetroParks acquired 12 acres of floodplains, riparian corridor and river access in the Mahoning River Corridor. Protection of floodplains and riparian corridors are important for maintaining good water quality and preventing increased flooding.
