In the spring of 2001, a group of environmentally responsible Howland High School young adults got together to stencil some of the storm drains in Howland Township. They also made sure to leave informational door hangers for the residents in the neighborhood. Thanks to these local efforts we have the hope of cleaner waterways in the future.
